We bought a farmhouse table and a reclining loveseat. Salesperson, Ann, was helpful without hovering. Listened and took us to just what we needed. Not pushy at all and seemed genuinely concerned that we be 100% satisfied. She followed up promptly on several questions. Great experience.nnDelivery team was also outstanding. The warehouse called several times to confirm and even to see if wanted our items earlier. Delivery guys were on time, friendly, conscientious and fast. They checked everything to make sure it worked before they left. They walked around and picked up every little scrap of moving materials.nnThe furniture seems solid and no concerns about quality. We had seen other reviews so shopped around to many higher end stores. But we came back for the service, we liked the quality and they had what we needed.
I received my alert call as promised, 30 minutes prior to delivery. They were ahead of schedule which was pleasing to me since I didn’t have to spend my day waiting and wondering when they might show up. Both gentleman were very courteous and polite!
Stopped in a few weeks ago to look at kitchen tables. Brenda Brooks helped us. I didn't find a table but found out we needed a mattress ! She noticed my husband had to sit because his back hurt. She asked what kind of mattress we had.Next thing I know we were trying out mattresses. Had no idea there are different kinds. Ours was 14 years old and worn out. We bought a beautyrest and adjusting base. We love it,best purchase I can remember. Never slept better.Thanks Brenda
Colleen.S is effing AWESOME!! I walked in and she greeted me at the door and helped me from start to finish. She's very knowledgeable and all around friendly and inviting. This visit went well beyond my expectations! I will be back as long as I'm shopping with Colleen. I wish all people, in general, had her vibe.
Recently went to Value City on Chippewa, we purchased a 5pc sectional. Laurence Rucker helped me, I was there on Labor Day which I am sure is a super busy day. He was very helpful and got me in a out of their quick! (I had already made a decision)nI asked him about ordering more pillows from the manufacturer, he told me he didn’t think that was an option. I loved the sectional and bought it anyway. Later in the evening, Larry took the time to call me after finding out the pillows could be ordered. I added them to my order and I am so happy he called! Great customer service and now they will arrive with my couch! Super excited for delivery!
