Driver lied to me when I asked if the chair he brought was off of the floor. He said no, this was right out of the box. I knew better because the chair had the same tags on it as the one I looked at in the store. I also asked the driver why he didn't call to let me know the delivery would be a day earlier than scheduled and he said the store was to call. I called the store and was told that the driver should have called. The salesperson Rhonda did a fine job in selling me the chair but I give my rating one star due to the lies from the driver.
probably work better if my wife and I would have found somebody that worked there that wanted to sell furniture cuz we really wanted to buy but because nobody wanted to greet us when we came in or talk to us while we were there we left
My wife, Debbie and I purchased a sofa with chase and server buffet that we used for a t.v. entertainment center. We both could not be more satisfied with the service and quality presented. The delivery guys, Casey and Daniel were polite, clean, and careful. They placed the furniture exactly where my wife wanted it. That's important to me. Will definitely buy again from them again and recommend to folks in our social circles when furniture enters the conversation.nThanks to all,nDebbie and Daniel Fauller
I'm sure it would have been a better experience if we'd have been acknowledged when we walked in the door but we walked around for 10 or 15 minutes and nobody even looked up to greet us so we left that's a shame cuz we were really looking for furniture
Walked in didn't get greeted walked around the store for a little while nobody greeted us until we were walking out the door by then we were already felt like we weren't important enough to stop doing whatever it was they were doing just to say hi so if we're not important enough to say hi to I guess we're not important enough to buy furniture
