customer service was amazing. went in just for a simple dresser, the men in the store were kind and loaded up our dresser in less than a minute. very impressed. will be back, getting my money from now on!
Poor covid safety and ugly dated looking furniture. Affordable prices but I'd spend an extra 100 for something more modern and stylish.
Sell person was very nice & they loaded up my truck with the furniture I bought for free but still gave them a tip for there hard work
Yes I was greeted. Thats about the only thing I can say.nnFloor room was a mess. Some mattress are stacked on top of each other so you can really see what they got. Other there isn't alot of information on themnnEmployees were not wearing mask correctly or at all. And I dont find face shields that are on the floor a bit of good either
Lost my purchase after they stated they would hold it for a few days. Only had half my sectional and then tried to pawn off a full couch in place of the missing second half. I told him to just forget it and give me a refund. They still have the sectional and my money. Would not offer a refund or exchange. Spoke with salesman Mike, Store Manager James and Regional Manager Tammy and nobody would offer us any assistance. My account is significantly lighter and my living room is still couch-less. HORRIBLE customer service.
