The people working here are always so helpful and kind!!! One time I asked an associate in the store where chicken wire fencing would be and he said it was somewhere outside all the way at the other end of the store, but I guess I seemed confused by his directions because he then decided to walk me all the way there. I was so grateful! I probably never would have found it on my own. Once we got there he recommended the best product for my needs. I wish I remembered his name! Everyone I've interacted with here has been super nice!
Nicely stocked store. Friendly and helpful employees. Needed to use the bathroom but was closed closed for cleaning. A nice employee said I could use another bathroomnAnd not to worry about the closednOnes.
This location is closest to our house, so I'm up there quite a bit. Have to say, always have helpful employees. Even the store manager helped me out one time. The layout of this store is very easy to follow and they are usually well stocked. Garden section always has plenty of stock of things like rock, mulch and stone. I consider Lowe's to be way better than Home Depot and this store is top shelf.
We went straight to the paint department and a gentleman from another department immediately came over to ask if we needed help. Apparently the paint person was on break so he offered to help us as best he could. Then he found another person to come and help us who was a little more knowledgeable on the paint and she helped us as much as she could and then the real paint person showed up and was amazing. I could not believe the response of the team there and the customer service that was given above and beyond. They all made sure that we were taking care of whether they were from that department or not. It was the utmost of customer service. And it's like that all the time.
I’ve always had a good experience at this Lowe’s but my recent visit was the best. Shelly in the appliance department is fantastic and helped me sort out my own error with an appliance recently. Shelly and the gentlemen that came to deliver were super friendly and incredibly helpful!
