We didn't end up buying our mattress here, but they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and provided a very easy-going low-pressure experience that helped us to make the right decision. We will definitely be back when the time comes to buy our next mattress.

This was the BEST experience buying anything for our family in a very long time! Katie was the best most knowledgeable sales woman we have had! It was a great experience. The store was immaculate. She gave us all the help and more that we were looking for when determining what mattress to purchase. We will send everyone we know back to buy from her. I really really value knowledgeable sales people that know what they are talking about, aren’t full of it, and no pressure. It’s very hard to come by these days and it’s exactly what we experienced with Katie. What a relief! So glad we came in!

Went to Mattress Direct on recommendation of a couple of friends. There we meet Andrew and told him we were looking for a new mattress. Andrew showed us two different brands and we tried them for firmness and comfortability. After laying around for a while my wife and I were going elsewhere to check out more mattresses. Before we left we discussed prices and visited some more with Andrew After all was said we decided to purchase our new mattress from Andrew. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
