I get the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup every day for lunch here and as always its great. Highly recommend.
Terrible. Sat in drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Didn't have the first item I ordered. So I ordered a sandwich, they didn't have the bread it normally comes with, ok that's fine it's still doable. Ordered another sandwich and salad and two cookies on my order. I get home second sandwich isn't even in there and the two cookies were stale. The last few times I have been to this location service was really slow and they have messed up my order a few times. It's normally not a big deal to me but just super annoyed tonight because there were at least 3 staff members standing there chatting and laughing who could have checked my order to make she everything was there.
I have gone to this location for years. The people who run the drive through are completely incompetent. I only go to this location if I have a gift card and extra time to waste. I refuse to spend my own money supporting such incomparably poor service. The Panera lake St Louis location has never once completed my order correctly and I only order bagels and coffee or a flatbread. How do you mess up a plain toasted bagel? It would not be a big deal if it wasn't EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am not being dramatic. They have never once gotten my order correct. This is the first bad review of anything I have ever left. It just makes me sad.
This was the Napa almond chicken salad served today. No almonds, no grapes, or anything else as advertised besides chicken and mayo that looked like it was put in a blender and slapped on bread. It’s the worst thing I’ve ever eaten from here. They didn’t give us baguettes as ordered either. This was after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru on top of it. Don’t go to this location!!! It’s not the 1st time we’ve had bad food and service from this location.
I have ordered from this location a few times. First time was great, every time after the delivery never showed up or they left half my order off. I tried calling them and they just let the phone ring. This location is horrible.
