I love Mattress Firm Brookline! They have excellent customer service contact! I never had this experienced before. They do follow up and make you feel very valuable! They have quality mattress and reasonable! I love their quality mattress and services! It’s worth buying online! It is about a mile from me and he knows exactly what I want. This is my first time and it would not be the last time. Thank you so much Mike. I give 5 stars you have the best mattress and you are the best. It is worth my time visiting Mattress Firm Brookline online!

The service was very good. They were polite and fast - rare combination. I discussed the product over the phone and I made the purchase online using a link sent by email. A good combination of personal help and online efficiency. The whole thing took 20 minutes.

We visited the Mattress Firm store in Brookline, Ma and we needed a bed immediately for our college son who’s movers never showed up. Sheila was extraordinarily helpful in being creative with ideas on how to helpful for us in a timely manner.nExcellent customer service!nWe’ll be back to see Sheila!

Had a great experience here: quick, professional yet easy-going, and most of all great value! Henry & Logan not only fit me with a perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame, they made sure I got the most out of it I could on the dollar. The experience felt like I was buying from old friends, and they gave me a complete breakdown of pricing and options available. I highly recommend this store for matttress shopping, especially since they have great deals on almost everything! A Must Try if bed shopping!

Barbara (who usually is in Chestnut Hill but was in Brookline today) found me exactly what I was looking for, within my budget, and found me more features and deals than I would've known about otherwise. She was very pleasant to work with, very informative. Couldn't have been a better experience.
