I am a 58 year old disabled woman. My refrigerator went out so I went to Lowe's paid 1845.45. They loaded it but refused to strap it down. I literally cried. Praise God, for the young man with the little baby who took 45 minutes of his time to strap it down oh and as they all stood in the window area watching.I know because I had to go back in to buy more ratchet straps.last penny the big box store will ever get from me
I love Lowe's! I like just going there and roaming as much as I think is safe considering the pandemic. Everyone is observing protocol to protect the customers. I also had a fantastic experience with returns and pickup. If you get an email with the code, you can pick up your order from the locker without even going in. There's a receipt with it in case you need to go in the store after and carry that pick up around. There are arrows just inside the the entrance to guide you to returns and pick up if it's too big for a locker. I like using the app to find things in the store. You look it up and it will tell you not just the aisle, but the bin number so the item is easy to locate. In the short course of time that I was there, ten people offered to help me. Slow is clean and well lit.
The store worker that we dealt with did good. However he told me I needed buy certain things for my new dryer in order to have the delivery people hook up the dryer. First the dryer came with a new plug and therefore I didn’t need to buy another one. That I can take back so not a big problem other than the trip. Now the real problem came with the delivery driver. He called said he would be there in a hour and a half. Three hours later showed up complaining about the address. He was VERY rude. He complained about our sales person at Lowe’s. He was not professional called the hook up for the dryer ghetto not once but several times. After this negative experience, I will have to decide if I will ever shop at this Lowe’s again.
They need to train there works. Called for one thing. No one could get me to right place. Was on the phone for 20 mims. Hang up phone called back. Ask for manger. He did his job. Took good care of me. Good job Bruce.
Staff member Joe was awesome. Very professional friendly and helpful. He got my grill off the shelf and even loaded it into my vehicle...something I could not do.nThank you Joe!
