They don't call back. Maybe out of business?

Worst experience ever trying to get them to come service a stack I bought from them. I've made 19 phone calls. Was told 5 different times by Scott that they would be out to service it. No call no show. I've got stories from he drank to much to his driver was out. He told me they would be out today May 2....we will see. Funny how they were certainly quick to take my money but slow trying to get them to service it. When he finally did show up...un announced, he entered my house without letting anyone know. Front door was unlocked, my 17 year old was out back and he just come on in. Umm hello! I've had it with the run around. BBB has been notified as well as the Attorney General. Please...if you need used appliances go elsewhere. Appliance Zone is right up the road. Better customer service for sure!!
