I spent half my time trying to find someone to help me get drywall off the shelf. Finding help to load my truck took even longer. How come they require customers to wear mask but I saw an employee doing inventory with her mask on her chin. FOLLOW YOUR OWN RULES! It is a state law.

1st lemme say the Home Depot's response to COVID-19 is stellar. This I totally appreciate. It makes me care more about going there to purchase the goods I need.nnWhen I do go to buy things, I'm always satisfied with the service I receive. The things I get are quality items. If ever there's an issue, I get satisfaction. Never once have I left that store in Aberdeen, Md without a smile on my face.nnIf you want to be a happy shopper for your diy projects, go to HD. Trust me, you'll be glad you did. And on-line... OMG! You won't believe the different types of merchandisebiu can buy.nnThank you

I dove 45 minutes to buy a grill they said they had in stock on their website upon arrival to the store i looked for the grill but i could not find it. I asked an associate for help and they couldn't find it either so upon asking another associate for help he stated ohh another guy came in last week and was looking for the same one and they didn't have it. So knowing a week ago they didn't have it they neglected to try and fix their inventory counts and I feel as if I got told ohh well, no sorry for the inconvenience lets get you a coupon or something to make up for our mistake just an ohh well.

They have everything you want. Small tip I learned the hard way after the fact: ask an employee who has been there for a few years when certain items go for sale. Mulch is cheap, on sale four bags for $10, but they can tell you when the sale starts or when they need to liquidate and what time of the year to get bags of mulch at bargain prices. Wish they had more garden plants.
