Chris and Ryan are awesome and we actually had fun dancing through my phone upgrade. And a brief fashion show too..lol... this store is lit.. Big thanks to the guys for everything. Really had a smooth sales pitch without feeling pressed to have to buy extras!! W2Go team players at this store!!

Worst customer service that I've ever had!!! They weren't friendly or helpful at all. We went there to purchase 2 new phones and were treated like trash!!! We're older and my husband is handicapped so it felt like they just weren't interested in our purchase at all. We left there and went to the T-Mobile store across the highway at the Beards Hill Plaza and thank heaven for Darrick Williams. He turned our entire experience around and we ended getting both new phones, Otter boxes, and screen protectors. We were greeted when we entered the store and all 3 employees were pleasant and helpful. I can't praise Darrick enough!!!

Calvin is the man! He made my transition from AT&T nearly painless.. The store was clean everybody was masked and practicing social distancing. Very impressed with the level of customer service that I received this Aberdeen location..

This is my 4th year from buying from this store and each time as raised the bar with customer satisfaction. Never had a single issue except for my own issues with choosing a wrong color 2 years ago. The latest experience upgrading my 11 pro to the 12 pro max was the simplest purchase I’ve ever made. More simple than a McDonald’s drive thru lol. Had the phone, the right color, and listened to what I was trying to accomplish and we did!! The gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that took time was the iPhone itself updating. Everything was so quick and simple. I highly recommend THIS specific store because of the continuing experience. Especially with T-mobile being such a strong company the deals are too good to miss out on. Thank you!

Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Shakita really took the time to give me all the best options and did everything she could to help me. I walked in to get information about plans and options I walked out with a new Iphone for myself and one for my husband thanks to Shakita! Thank you!!!
