Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

After waiting about 15 minutes, I met Aaron Dixon. Aaron was very knowledgeable, courteous and took his time helping resolve issues with my phone. After talking to him for several minutes, I decided to upgrade my phone. Aaron again was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my bill and the Verizon promotions that were available to me. I ended up purchasing an iPhone and was quite pleased with my visit. Best of luck to Aaron Dixon not only at Verizon,TCC in Aberdeen,but beyond.

I went in to switch cell phone carriers over to Verizon and I did my research beforehand and I knew it would take some time to complete but the experience was great. Friendly people and overall a friendly environment. Alex, who was our salesman, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and was there every step of the way. He made the experience great and I would recommend this Verizon retailer if you plan on switching carriers or doing an upgrade.

Allison was very knowledgeable in her job. Very informative to someone like me who is not very savvy in telephones. She was polite in her mannerisms. I appreciate her knowledge.

Today I came into the Verizon store to return some equipment and a very professional associate helped me upgrade my phone. I have been with Verizon for 29 years 11 months and just upgraded both my phone and my sisters and am very pleased with the service provided by Heidi. Big kudos to the Aberdeen store for their friendly and courteous staff.

Heidi was wonderful! I was having issues with the battery on my Pixel 3XL and she ordered me a new phone. The data transfer process was great. Very quick and friendly service and all the staff were warm and welcoming.
