Comcast Service Center

I been back to Comcast since then and the service was much better.

I currently live in Elkton Maryland and the internet goes in and out all day. At night, it almost always is unavailable. It is ridiculous and Comcast should be ashamed of their product.

Absolutely the worst customer service there is. Waited in line forever and there was 3 people behind the counter and only 1 helping. When the other did decide to help, I came up to the counter and was ignored while the employee walked away and helped the other employee while there was another one there. Very rude, didn't even greet any customers. Just all around very unprofessional and rude. This is why I Absolutely hate Comcast and am glad I switched to Verizon and was lucky enough to get Verizon service in my area. They do NOT! Care about customer service as they have a monopoly in place and most people only have them as a option. Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely horrible service. I was forced to pay a cancellation fee when Comcast does not provide service at my new address. The customer service rep at the store was great and tried hard to help me and reached out to her higher ups that were very unhelpful. Would never get Comcast service again.

Excellent customer service and professionalism from the gentlemen working. Easiest Comcast interaction I’ve ever had!
