My experience was great!! Amberly (I hope I got her name right) did an amazing job!! She was so focused on what she was doing. She made sure she paid special attention to my problem areas and she took very good care of me! Cam was awesome as well. He helped me with additional information about other services! He went above & beyond to make sure I received accurate pricing and we discussed the possibility of adding on to my treatment plan! Everyone was very warm, welcoming and friendly. I also did not have to wait to be seen which is a plus!!
I love everything about Ideal Image. The customer service, the payment options and the professionalism. My laser hair removal treatments always goes smoothly. the only issue I would say they have is the long wait for appointments. I'm supposed to be seen every 4 weeks but because of availability it always ends up being between 6-8 weeks. other than that I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I would like to shout out the front desk staff who coordinates appointments. I have had some issues with scheduling but the individual who helped me (2-22-21) to reschedule and get everything straightened out was truly kind and helpful. This particular individual (I am so sorry I don’t remember the name) deserves some recognition. This is not the first time they have helped me either. I would have considered not returning to this location if it were not for their help so THANK YOU for your help.
Amberlynn was amazing!! She took her time to make sure I get the most out of my treatments. We had great conversation in between each session. She took good care of me and for the first time I didn’t want to leave. She was simply the best! Thank you so much!
