In October 2020, right before my wedding... I would like to change my hair color as blonde. On saturday, First i went to this saloon for consultation . Johanna gave me the price then gave me the date which is following Saturday.. I was so excited because it was important for me to prepare myself for wedding. On that date ,i was almost 5mins away from my appointment , driving. They called me and they said: “her mom is sick and all others booked.” I couldn’t do anything they ruin all my plans. Today i have an appointment AGAIN to change my hair color with Johanna. (Yesterday they also sent me confirmation text and I confirmed.) Today , Sunday i was driving to the saloon. 10mins away from my appointment. They called me again they said “sorry Johanna injured blah blah..nobody is available ” they dissappointed me again.this is not professional! They ruin all my Sunday .. i never visit their place.. unbelievable!
Jen Cope is BEYOND amazing! She is so uplifting, professional, and courteous. Her expertise is flawless. I absolutely love my hair and I don’t think I have ever loved it this much. Please, if you consider going here, ask for Jen Cope. The highlights she gave me are to die for.
