The Spa on the Avenue is definitely the best place I have gone to get my hair done. For starters, with the current state of the pandemic they have created such a safe environment. The hair stations are evenly spread apart so you’re never cramped next to another client, and the front desk workers are always friendly and great at ensuring that temperatures are taken and the symptoms forms are filled out.nThe hair stylists are all very kind and professional too. I had been box dyeing my hair black for an entire year, so I knew it would not be exactly easy to go lighter with my hair. However, Lindsey did such a great job at getting the dye out while still maintaining the integrity of my hair. I LOVE the way my hair looks and feels now.nEven after a (very small) mishap with the color of my hair after one of my early appointments, the Spa on the Avenue was very professional in communicating with me and quick with getting the situation resolved. It is very evident and admirable how much client satisfaction is important to them. I will definitely be returning here for future hair appointments.

I have been here twice and I've had great experiences both times! A few months ago I got a massage from Kimberly... And she was incredible! She listened to my needs and did a wonderful job. Recently I went for a pedicure and it was great! Kelly was amazing. She was super professional and I left with incredibly smooth feet and a very well done polishing. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for my wife an I to get a facial. My wife has never had one and was extremely skeptical, but Barbara made her feel at ease right away. She was very patient, and very knowledgeable about the products and services. Now my wife wants to get facials on a regular basis, and even booked an appointment for a dermatolical facial in 2 weeks! We were happy with our results, and look forward to coming back!

Received a 45 min facial with Barb S. who truly did an amazing job. Asked about my concerns and walked me through how she addressed them along with what products she used. Even gave me samples to continue to use before purchasing. I highly recommend her for all your skin needs. Incredibly knowledgeable about products used, plus it was very relaxing

I had the pleasure of getting waxed by Rachel. She’s so sweet and genuine. I really appreciate how she constantly asked me if i was comfortable and made sure to answer any questions that i had. She also made sure that I knew how to properly do the aftercare for my brazilian. This was my first brazilian and she managed to make me feel super comfortable The environment was super clean and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!
