The staff are always very helpful and friendly but the inventory is typically sparse and ofteh quite damaged so it pays to inspect carefully and completely. It seems that the quality of the merchandise has gotten worse over the past year or so. But that all said if you find something that can work for you the prices can be good compared to the regular Restoration Hardware prices.

Spoke with a lady last night who agreed to send me a picture of a dining chair and gave her all of my information. First of all, she sounded so miserable and like she hated her job. Short sentences, monotone, and a very snooty attitude over the phone, absolutely no passion for what she does. Secondly, no pictures have been sent yet. If I’m driving 1.5 hours to their location, it would be nice to get photos upfront and get full details before committing to the product and drive.nnPlease hire new employees that enjoy what they do actually and maybe your reviews and sales will go up.

I've been shopping at this location for several years, and I'm tired of dealing with the same rude salespeople. Even though this is an outlet center, this furniture is not cheap, and I expect better service for the price tag I'm paying. Nobu was the only salesperson who ever seemed to care about her job, but I haven't seen her in over a year so I assume she is gone. The delivery companies they offer are mediocre at best. The past 2 deliveries we have received were missing items which required my husband or I to take multiple days off work for them to come back to fulfill the order with a second delivery (we live 1.5 hours from the store). Save yourself the headache and just go to the Leesburg outlet center instead.
