My name is tyrica pierce I was treated soo infair,I just moved into a new home decided too rent one of my rooms too my cousin who needed a place too stay,he rented a tv from Aaron’s for his room,I decided too rent a living room set,they approved us both,my cousin/tenant items arrived on time,but when it came time for my items too arrived it didn’t,soo I called the store only for the guy Christopher too tell me “oh I’m sorry but we canceled your order because 2 ppl can’t rent from the same address “mind u they already knew that when I went too the store and got approved,they took my first down payment and all,soo on they day of my delivery date they didn’t show ,soo I called too see where is my items only for the guy Chris too tell me that they canceled my order ,no one bother too call me too tell me that,then he told me I would have too come back too the store too get a refund when they took the money off from my bank card,this is so unfair,I was looking forward too my items arriving too my new home !!!!!!!chris needs too be fired !!!!!!he is very ignorant with no customer service skills

This location was a great location, after the store manager Craig left. The new store manager PHIL is a complete stiff azz whole. That refuse to work with you. I will no longer deal with this location. b
