This is the second couch I have purchased through them and this experience was even better than the first! Great new selections of fabrics and the sales person went above and beyond for us. Best of all the couch has already shipped!!
The staff at the showroom were very helpful.nI have yet to get my purchase.nI’m only giving 4 stars because:nCustom covers take 6-8 weeks. I reached out close to the six week mark to check progress and was told that the cover was not ready but they would release the hold from the warehouse on the sac.nFast forward 2 weeks. I received a shipment notice that the cover was on its way.nStill have nothing on the sac itself.nI reached out again and I’m waiting for a “ stock” item to be shipped.nWhen you order they tell you the wait is if you do custom, that’s understandable but to have the custom cover before the stock item after weeks of waiting is not acceptable.
My experience was nothing short of AMAZING while interacting with LoveSac. Rhonda was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be shopping there again in the very near future
The staff in the store was very knowledgeable. We are going specially impressed by the turn around time on our order. We ordered the Saturday after Black Friday and they were deliver the following Friday! Less than a week! And we love our couches!!!
