Michaella was awesome! I've shopped at this store before and they've always been the best quality and the best price that I've found anywhere. Not to mention that Michaella was very patient even through my million questions. We got a 2 piece set that was a gift from my girlfriends mother, I never felt any pressure from Michaella and we ended up spending double what we came to spend just because we saw the value in both pieces

My experience with different furniture shops over the years have been mixed. But I had a very positive experience with this Regency Furniture store on route 40 in Catonsville last year. We bought a lot of furniture at one go in Feb 2020. The store manager (I think his name was Chris) was very helpful. My wife had already chosen most of the furniture online. The manager and other staff helped us order them in store and made sure we got them all on time. Overall it was a pleasant experience from order to delivery.

Love their furniture. The Salespersons are great. I would have given them a 5 star but they don't show any concern when you try to use the extra protection plan. Definitely won't purchase that again on my next purchase.

I brought an electric leather recliner chair August 5th 2020 from Regency’s Furniture less than eight months later the microfiber in the headrest and back has flattened, and also the seat padding. Contacted the service department and they sent a contractor to inspect the chair and in his inspection report he stated that the chair headrest and back needed more microfiber, and the seat padding should be replaced. The service department deemed the damages are not due to manufactured defect and did not repair the chair. Be on the lookout for a picture of charcoal gray recliner chair with the manufactured defects.

Great store to shop. I was greeted politely and the sales guy assisted me 100%. I wasn't sure of the size of the chest I was viewing and he went and got a tape measure to assist. I purchased two chest for my kids. The quality of the product is very strong. They schedule my delivery and it was on time. I received a call and text to confirm my delivery and also when the driver was 15 minutes away they let me know. Great delivery staff also. Polite and professional. I would definitely shop here again. Check them out.
