From the moment I entered the store, my salesman, Paul, treated me with respect, giving me time to look at as many sofas as I wanted and answering all my questions. On my second visit, Paul completed my sale. Scheduling delivery was easy, and the gentlemen who delivered my new furniture were both timely and efficient. This was a great experience!

I purchased furniture over a month ago. it was set up to be delivered on 2/18 and was cancelled due to weather. Totally understand. Today, 2/23, they came to my development to deliver, and refused due to “ice”. there is no ice. there is snow. After several phone calls, and being hung up on, I am now told that it is my responsibility to have my entire lot, and the street plowed before they will even attempt to deliver. Don’t bother. Customer service is terrible, and the delivery company they use is even worse. It’s now 4 hours after the delivery guy was here, and i’m still waiting for a return call to speak to someone.

I’m very grateful for this place. My fiancé and I needed to purchase furniture as we prepared to move into our new place. We had a difficult time finding an open furniture store due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, Gavigans happened to be opened the weekend before our move. Long story short, we walked in and Alvin, one of their salesmen, was extremely polite and professional. He wasn’t pushy, he worked with us and was patient. We were so impressed with the selections that we purchased a sofa set and queen size bed. Although the furniture delivery guys showed up an hour late we got our furniture about two weeks after our purchase. In short, I strongly recommend this place! :)
