Value city has really good quality. It’s worth every penny. The sales associate was really nice and patient when helping me. Only thing is I have to wait over a month for my furniture but other than that they get 5 stars for me.
I went in looking for a sectional for our new home. We were greeted by Tiffany and her energy was just amazing. She's very knowledgeable about all the products we asked about. She even tried to get us financing for everything. She made the whole process seem less which I was prepared to be there for hours. I would definitely recommend value city to everyone and make sure you ask for Tiffany!
We went to Value city for furniture we met Tiffany who was a great sales person she wasn’t trying to sell us everything in the store like most do. She got an idea of what we needed she showed us where the sofas and bed sets were she gave us her knowledge on the sets and let me and my wife talk it over. She was definitely great. I highly recommend asking for Tiffany if you choose to go there.
I had the most amazing beyond phenomenal customer service from Ms. Melissa (Assist Manager Acceptance Now). She helped to answer all of my questions and went beyond and out of her way helping to provide contact numbers, calling another store location and remained cheerful, professional, and kind while assisting me. Thank you Melissa for providing exceptional customer resolution. I hope that Value City recognizes that asset and Rockstar that she truly is! Five Stars! Mr. Witherspoon has excellent customer service skills. He answered every question that I asked. He was very knowledgeable. He left me alone to let me decide and as soon as I decided he was right there.... Great employee and excellent sales representative
