I had one of the best experiences at Price Buster's in Essex. George was my salesperson and he was amazing. His professionalism was out of this world. I had a lot of questions and he was patient. I was nervous about purchasing a sofa online as I had a bad experience in the past. George was the young man that picked up my call and went over the entire process with me. He measured the sectional that I was interested in as well as sat on it (while we talked) to discuss the comfort level. I really believe he was honest because he said that it “had to get broken in, it’s a little firm”. I have to say for the price and his opinion on the comfort (as well as it looks pretty nice), I felt more at ease in purchasing online. He also told me to check everything before the delivery guys leave, and if I’m not satisfied they would take it back right then and he would help me with another option.nnI appreciate the support.
