Super nice place with very nice furniture options. I purchased a sectional sofa here in 2020 and thus far it has held up great! So i referred a friend and went back and purchased a queen mattress set. Very good quality! Great friendly delivery and Carol and Shawn who work the store are fabulous to work with and very knowledgeable about the pieces offered there. I will continue to go there for my needs and refer my other friends there as well. Thanks, Carol, for helping me out this time around!!!!
I’ve been getting my furniture here since I first moved to Maryland, so for over 10 years now, and I have to say I absolutely love it! Best deals around with amazing customer service. Kevin, Shawn and Carol have helped me out tremendously. Thanks again guys!
I was referred to the store by a friend and I initially planned on buying a bedroom set and couch only. The prices/specials were so unbeatable that I essentially furnished my entire home. Great quality furniture and the customer service was excellent with Carol. My only issue was that the items took quite a bit of time to arrive due to the current pandemic. Understanding that this was something outside of the store's control, I didn't have an issue because they delivered some of my items as soon as they came in . Overall great experience and will use again in the future .
1 part of my furniture has arrived to my home the delivery driver stated he don’t remove the plastic or cardboard (trash) from the furniture. Then after contacting the office driver was directed to take trash. Customer & Office contacted driver while still on customer street. Driver stated “HE’S UP THE BLOCK THE OFFICE STAFF BETTER COME PICK IT UP” WOW.as a business owner myself it’s so HARD to find AMAZING STAFF...
I am telling you right now Carol is a magician ud83dude0dud83eudd70ud83dude0dud83eudd70ud83dude0d; she is amazing. I am first time homebuyer and honey the lady knows her stuff. I like my expensive items so of course I was worried when the name says discount but they are getting these items from actual warehouses for instance Ashley Home Furniture Store not these cheap overseas places. Legit items and she even assisted with a previous purchase from ASHLEY that I had questions about. DO NOT waste your time or energy ANYWHERE ELSE ! I will never go anywhere else now and they even give you a discount on bundle deals and a previous customer discount — ASK FOR CAROL, I did ud83dudc4dud83cudffe!
