Very fast service. They print out darkon at the place and you should not wait for it. The staff is very kind. Before Covid-19 you can come there without making an appointment. However, now you are required to make an appointment due to pandemic outbreake. It is hard to reach them via phone call, but they respond via email.

We went yesterday and we didn't really have an appointment but after hearing us out, the security said they would see if they can get us in. They did get us in and we were very grateful. However as much as the 2 representatives of the embassy tried to help us with what we needed, they were unable because we were missing a document that was supposed to be sent to them from Israel. They knew how far we came and how much we needed the issue resolved and they sincerely showed that by apologizing multiple times. They made us a new appointment for this morning and as soon as the representative saw us today she apologized again! Since the document did arrive, she took care of everything we needed and once more she showed remorse that she wasn't able to take care of it yesterday, thereby causing us to return again to DC. Although we had to come twice, it was well worth it. Unfortunately these days, it's not often that you see government workers who really care about the people they serve.nnThank you so much for all you do! Keep up the great work!

I tried calling many times trying to connect with someone who can checknthe status on something and each time I called a message came on saying the person with this number has NOT set up their mailbox, so NO ONE can even leave a message. Very disappointing. With limited hours they are open this makes it difficult to get something done.
