The location was nice and right across the street from a target, so I could purchase anything I needed. They didn't offer complementary breakfast; it's an extra charge, and water here was $3(!) for a bottle. However, the room was nice and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The A/C would make a burning plastic smell if it was on too long and started making a crazy loud shrieking near the end. The ice bucket smelled of vomit.nAll in all, it had a really comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful view outside. It wasn't a bad stay.

your survey goes too far. the purpose of my stay is none of your business. i hate these surveys. if something were wrong, I'd tell you. if something were particularly good, I'd tell you. also, i expect a room and hotel to be clean and sanitized, regardless of a pandemic, so the sings and notices and all that mean nothing to me. if i didn't think the place was clean and safe I'd walk out. thanks.

This was a struggle. The hotel seems outdated and in need of much repair. The staff was friendly and polite but the hotel itself is disappointing. Walking on the floors in my room it feels like no padding between the concrete and carpet. The garbage cans in the room make no sense, long small ovals you can't fit anything in. My shower was leaking at the faucet and behind the faucet while the shower was on. The hot water took forever to come on in the shower and never came on in the sink. The windows let in a breeze and my fridge reeked of old food, so I wonder how often those are cleaned. Buttons were missing on the elevator and there were a bunch of children running around with no adult supervision. There is also an issue with answering the phone.. everytime I called it was a 30 to 40 minute wait.. or no answer at all.. If I can avoid coming back I will.

I love the Hilton brand, but the Pikesville MD location was the worst.nI couldn't sleep due to the strong smell of third-hand smoke. The curtains had big holes and so did the linen. The halls were dark, gloomy, and poorly finished.nThe only nice thing about this hotel was the beautiful lobby. My stay was awful!
