First time here and i enjoy it the apartment i call it. Convenient close to stores gas station banks light rail and just really quiet and nice.

“Timeless elegance in a relaxing setting on the beach”nHave heard about K&P for years and was so excited to book a trip there! It lived up to its reputation of being a fine hotel. The views from the ocean front room were gorgeous, loved having a roomy balcony in which to wind down after a day of golf, walking on the beach or relaxing by the gorgeous pool. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush towels and top of the line toiletries. We had breakfasts and dinner there and the menu for both had a great selection and the prices were very, very reasonable. We played golf at their course about 20 minutes away and it was in great condition, and very scenic. Four holes on the back nine go out into the marsh and has some of the most beautiful scenery of any course along the SC or Georgia coast. Looking so forward to going back, it is the perfect half way stop on our way to Florida from North Carolina or for a week getaway with family.

Please please please , just save your money and your time this place is not worth it. The manager doesn’t answer the phone and he takes all day to get to the front desk to andnHe doesn’t allow you to come inside to check in. it smells really bad and there was mildew EVERYWHERE ! there were 2 mice and some roaches in the microwave. The manager is extremely rude and aggressive he waits until 12 to call the police on your room if it’s more than 5 people in there , unfortunately because of him I got locked up on my birthday and I literally did nothing the other 2 rooms next to us some people ended up getting arrested as well. So take what you want with this information and don’t ever book here.

There are roaches and the website has not been updated to reflect that they now no longer offer so much as a grab and go continental breakfast, or that they've closed the pool. The manager explains in a rude way that this is due to Covid-19, but there are areas hit far worst that have opened their pools and offer packaged breakfast. Rather than an apology, he gets smart.

Trust me don't stay here. Mice and roaches. The man at the front desk should not even have a job with the way he talks to people. He will try and charge more deposit if he thinks you look like trouble. ( witnessed this with my own eyes) Its not safe. I REPEAT DONT STAY HERE!!!
