I spend a lot of time in Hilton properties - been a Diamond member in their rewards program for years. This hotel should not be open while it is under construction, at the very least there should be warnings about the state of the place when you try to book a room.nnTo start, the condition of the property is inexcusable - construction doesn't explain the trash covering the grounds. Beyond that, none of the amenities are operating. The rooms are attractive but with lots of quirks, like hot and cold water reversed. Bathroom is tiny and awkward. Lots of burnt out bulbs. Circular saws running during the day. Only a few operating elevators.nnMost of this effort seems to be going into creating the central 8 story atrium that makes the place look like one of those old fashioned motels with tiered rooms around a central courtyard. The enormous open space makes certain that noise on any floor is shared with every other floor. Feels completely dated before it's even done.nnReally feel like I was robbed. B

Check in through the app was easy. They have construction going on but it’s not in the way of anything. My floor had kids hanging out in the hall video chatting and talking half the night. Stay away from the soda machine my drink expired 8 months ago. Other than the room was nice.

I stayed here in the fall and I loved my stay. But here I sit in my 86 degree room in January and I can't do anything about it. I called the front desk and was told the heat is cranked up due to pending snow storm. This is beyond uncomfortable. I'll be checking out early and finding a hotel that doesn't cook it's customers.

They are under construction in the center court. So the price of the rooms are pretty affordable. Possibly the most comfortable mattress I've EVER slept on. Room was clean, and the bath towels were soft and fluffy. 5 stars from me, even with the court yard a wreck.

· This was such a nice play to stay. I felt so safe health wise. They have everything sanitized. My door was covered with a Lysol sticker, the remote etc. Front Desk woman was very nice and efficient. Check out was a breeze. Very beautiful room !! Well worth it !!
