Future buyers for grave site please be aware.The news team and an attorney need to get behind this cemetery.My grandmother has been here since 1990 and since then 5 different family members can not locate her lot.We have contacted numerous times different numbers and no one ever answers the phone.My last resort is to contact a funeral home to see if I could get some assistance.It’s really horrible to have a loved one and you can’t pay your respects to see their grave.They take your money and it’s over! All these one star complaints is a shame!nnUpdate news 3/26/21: I reached out to one of the local funeral homes and they were able to get in contact with Western Star rep. The rep provided my grandmother’s information. On the same day we visited the grounds. My guess is when the see a funeral home calling that’s incoming money for them.
Curb appeal is lacking.. there needs to be a proper fence surrounding the grounds. Landscaping needs to be maintained as well.
I'm always in tears when visit my son's grave I have to walk around for 20min or more trying to find my son's headstone because the grass is so high coverIng all the low headstones when I find my son's I pull the grass from around his headstone I'm heart sick to know my child is in this ugly cemetery they do not maintain the landscape there not a proper fence i ts just a ugly cemetery
