Druid Ridge Cemetery

I just wanted to take a minute to publicly commend Druid Ridge and their staff for such a pleasant experience during such a difficult time for my family and I. When you’re dealing with the loss of a loved one, it sure is a breath of fresh air to be greeted and assisted with such great people. You can truly tell they have what is in you and your family’s best interest at heart and work with you to give your lost loved one the very best. Thank you all for making a hard time more bearable.

Took the family to visit a loved one’s resting place. It had been a while since the last time I had been there and had trouble finding the grave site. The staff was quick to help with a friendly face. Couldn’t have asked for better assistance and was shocked at how nicely it has been maintained. Thank you Druid Ridge and your wonderful staff for keeping my family members resting place beautiful.

I’m hoping leaving this review will finally get me the service I need. My mother passed away April 2020, I paid in full for a memorial head stone. I can not even recall the amount of times I had to call to get an update on when the memorial would be ready.nEvery time I would call it seems as though the person I was speaking with has no clue how to check on the status and tell me someone would call me back with information. No one would call and I would find myself calling yet again for information. Finally after calling for weeks I was informed the head stone had been made but they were waiting to find out what I wanted engraved on it. In November a template was finalized for the head stone. We are now in February, I’m realizing how much time has gone passed and that I never received any phone call or even an email on the status of the memorial yet again. So I call this pass Monday speak with some one about it who says they will call me back with information. I get a call on Tuesday saying they are still working on finding that information.Now it is Thursday and I still haven’t heard back. Being the oldest of my siblings all the affairs dealing with my mothers passing were left on my shoulders. Unless you have been in this situation you can not understand the pain of having to call multiple people to discuss things pertaining to the fact that your mother is no longer on this earth. It’s so frustrating and I am ready to finish grieving without having to deal with issues that directly deal with her passing. This head stone is one of the last affairs I have to get in order. I shouldn’t have to keep calling all the time to get an update on something that has been fully paid for. What do I have to do to get solid communication from this place?!!

Aubrey Tumilson was very helpful and thoughtful during my time of need. She was professional and generous and I couldn’t ask for a more kind person to assist me during this difficult time.nI would recommend Aubrey to another family because she would definitely get the job done.nAfter everything was in place, she still reached out to check on me and make sure that I was satisfied with the arrangements.nI’m grateful that I had the opportunity to meet her.nShe’s the best!!!

My mother and I went in today, just to have things set in place for the future, so whenever that time does come, we won’t have to add extra stress on ourselves by trying to make tough decisions in a difficult time. Kevin Rivers helped us out. Kevin explained everything to us in detail, showed us the different areas that were fitting, showed us a map, and even took us back out to see where my mother chose. He answered all of our questions, and told us of different options that we never would’ve considered. We felt very welcomed by him. We didn’t feel pressured into getting something we didn’t want, he definitely made sure we had exactly what we wanted and were happy with it
