Upon walking in the front door I was highly impressed with the furniture and assistance.nThe salesman was highly knowledgeable about a certain bed I wished to purchase. The process was completely in less than 10 minutes. I leisurely looked around the giant store. Admiring the beautiful contemporary chic and classic furniture was indeed a stressless hour. Yes yes I will purchase furniture again from Ashley Furniture.

Our furniture assistant was great. My husband was not precise on the furniture that he wanted to purchase. He changed his mind quite a bit. The furniture assistant was very patient and very kind. We ended up coming back the next day. We were able to come to an agreement on the furniture that we wanted. The Furniture Assistant redid the paperwork and we were on our way. We are expecting a bed with base in a week and a half and a leather sofa in 2 months. They even had the color leather that my husband wanted!!! Truly it was a wonderful experience on both days.

Salesman Carlos in Lafayette helped me find the perfect sleeper couch and dining table. He even moved the furniture around to see how it would look next to other pieces I was interested in! He wasn't too pushy and gave me time to think about what I wanted and even encouraged me to come back to purchase the next day. He patiently and kindly helped with financing (which took no time at all) and helped me save the most money I could on my purchase.nI love Ashley Home for their amazing up-to-date looks and the prices are way better than all of the other stores I went to. I will always come back to buy all of my future furniture purchases!

100% Satisfied all around !nStop by or call Abigail GallowaynI called the Lafayette store inquiring about some furniture I’d been searching for.. Never thinking thinking I’d get much help Over the phone but I was totally wrong...n“Abbie” not only answered all my questions and concerns she Also took the time to take and send me pictures of what Ashley had to offer.. All I had to do was visit the store to finalize the purchase.nnFor someone like myself who hates to shop, on a budget and very little free time Abbie made all the hassle and headache disappear!! ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR SECOND TO NONE WARRANTY !!nThank you so much !!

I thought the store was very nice. The selections of furniture & mattresses are good quality. What I don't like is you're not told off bat that they check your credit for your merchandise. I was told 2 different things by first the salesperson, then the finance manager. Other than that, there are some friendly staff members & I really enjoyed Mr. Chris & he was extremely helpful!!
