I have shopped Home Furniture for years and have always been happy with the products as well as the service! Joseph Samuel has been the sales rep I've used for the last 10 years. I even found him when he changed stores. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. We recently made multiple room purchases furnishing our new home! We highly recommend Joseph and this company.

Simaya was a great salesperson, she recommended things I wouldn't have imagined, but were perfect! The selection and service were great and the deals were even better! They had what I wanted in stock and didn't have to wait the 4 to 6 week turnaround time all the other stores in the area had. Will definitely be back!

No return policy. I purchased a recliner that seemed comfortable in the store. Once I got it home and had a chance to test the chair with more time, I found it to be a bit on the small side, the back does not support the head and neck, and the fabric is of a lesser grade microfiber. Granted, this was an impulse buy, but I should have had an opportunity to test and try. Geez, you can test a mattress, but you can't test a chair for less than a week. The quality is lacking. Do not buy from this merchant. The sales staff engage in hard selling.

I bought a couch a few months ago for $1,200 and when I got it home I realized it was falling apart so we called them and asked if we can do a return but they said all sales are final and didn't even offer to help fix it or anything. There are so many other places with better prices who will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We could not look at this couch until we got it home and unwrapped it so that was on them. They don't care about you once you hand them the money and walk out that door!
