Walked into sofas and chairs...never spoken to, no hello, not even acknowledged. 2 sales people looked at me and continued with their customers. I wouldn't buy anything from them if it were $1. I wonder what’s the difference between those with great experiences and those with horrible experiences...should we post pictures?

Excellent selection and service
I found the most beautiful couch at this store! The lady that helped us was named Katherine and an absolute sweetheart. I often get ignored in stores because I don't dress up or wear a ton of makeup or carry a nice handbag. She walked right up and made me feel at home. Once the couch was chosen, we were able to set up delivery and Katherine came out to the house to help with design. The other ladies at the store were very kind and the delivery guys made sure the couch was placed perfectly. I can't say enough about the experience there--the furniture is a bit more expensive BUT you get what you pay for in both quality and customer service!
