Our Lazy Boy designer, Mitzi Bertrand, was extremely knowledgable and laid back. We felt no pressure as she guided us to the kind of recliners we were looking for. She stayed in the background where we could get her attention if we needed it, but not close enough to be hovering. She gave us room. This was the best experience furniture shopping I think we have ever encountered!!
Furniture shopping with the wife. She is very picky and I thought we would have to go to several stores before finding a sofa and chair she likes. Was in the first store for 10 minutes she didn’t see anything she liked and was ready to go. Went to the la z boy store next, Billie came introduce herself and asked what we were looking for my wife explained to her what she wanted and Billie took care of the rest. We bought a sofa, a chair, three side tables a coffee table and a tv console all AT THE SAME PLACE!!! My wife was able to customize her chair and sofa in the fabric and colors she wanted. It was a great experience to satisfy my wife in one take!!

Bought 1st sofa which was supposed to be leather, and turned out being the generic fake leather. Then bought a $5000 set, and parts of it did the same. I have no kids, furniture sits in living room with no pets, no smoke, no tv. Now im told to pay additional for repairs to replace decaying fake leather. Do yourselves a faver and buy cheaper elsewhere and it will problably last longer for less $$$. Write me for pictures and emails.
Made the mistake of buying two chairs from LazyBoy Furniture in Lafayette, LA...I will NEVER buy anything from them again!!!! They truly don’t care about their customers! When I told the sales person, Jeremy, that I would never purchase anything from them again, he told me: “it’s no skin off our back”... awful thing to say when working in the customer service industry!
