Patience is a virtue. Order our bed during the last week our (winter) weather. That put a short delay on delivery. Please understand our winter weather is typically measured in hours rather than days. The sweet nights sleep since delivery well worth the wait. Pam (sales) in the store, through delivery and set up was flawless. Quick, quite, polite setup, demonstration of controls. No residue trash/waste for us to clean up.
Mattress Firm truly has an ASSET in Barbara M Lindon!!! The minute I walked through the door she greeted me with great kindness. She immediately made me feel comfortable and explained that I needed to take my time to find a mattress that works for me. She has superb knowledge of the products and she was very patient with me. Barbara came highly recommended from two of my cousins who purchased from her in 2020. Barbara did not disappoint. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends who are in the market for a new mattress. Now, I just wait for the delivery of my new mattress to see if it's as good as the service I received from Barbara Lindon
