Nice hotel rooms. We actually had a problem with housekeeping and I talked to the manager. She was very professional and understanding, making no excuses for what happened and made it right.

Unclean, lack of food options, shabby, dirty furniture, 1st room moldy toilet, new covid cleanliness did not appear to be followed consistently. Try to give us a room that had not been sealed.

Friendly staff. Nice looking pool. The breakfast looked good as well. The parking lot had a lot of trash/debris, grass and landscaping appeared un-kept (also around the pool area/courtyard-disappointing). Cleaning was definitely an issue. The hotel, including our room needs a thorough cleaning. Overall, it was a bit dated but we don't mind that if its clean. I think it could be a great spot if the minor details where paid attention to. Checked out early. Not what we expected from a Hilton chain.
