On line they say they have items in stock but when you get to the store they never have it.

Mike in doors (with the Packers mask) and Meredith from customer service are pure gold. They deserve raises and bonuses. I was supposed to get a discount from corporate and corporate customer service was awful and just provided excuses, no solutions.nnOver several phone calls Mike and Meredith fought tooth and nail to find a way to let us use our discount. They were patient, helpful and made me believe their slogan that ‘customers are the best part of Lowe’s,’ unlike corporate.nnUpdate: I had to drive to the store to pick up my two special doors that Mike in doors helped me offer on two occasions and Mike was so kind as to bring the doors to my car and help me load them into my car.

Bought a refrigerator for over $3000. They said we'll have it delivered on Monday. Monday I get a call and told it it would be Tuesday.. Tuesday I get a call telling me we would be first on the truck for Wednesday. They delivered a visibly dinged refrigerator. (It was dinged before it was loaded) We could keep it for 15% off or send it back. We chose to send it back. Friday, they deliver the second Refrigerator and it is visibly dinged on the front. This is normal for and appliance over $3000 ? Multiple calls to the store only to be transferred and after minutes of ringing, the call drops. 12 calls to Lowes and still haven't' spoken to a live person.

I would have given zero stars if possible. We drove from Hamburg, AR to Lowe's in Monroe, LA to buy a shower kit. We will never return.. After waiting 30 minutes and asking several employees for help, we gave up and left. We then went to Home Depot and got great, timely service.

I generally like Lowe’s. What I won’t try again is online ordering and pickup! I ordered and paid online. I received an email that my order was ready. I arrived at the service desk and a sweet young lady began looking for it. It was not AT the service desk. She said I had to go to the garden center to get it. Then she asked me to sign that I had received something I hadn’t even seen yet! I spent 30-45 minutes being directed all over the store before I secured my 2 small items! I could have done that without ordering online!!
