Need too make better monthly passes made from plastic or something cards easily damage. Eye exams for drivers their known for passing ppl up and old bus schedules also would be better for public.

They provide schedules but do not follow them. It is necessary for me to pay my fare to ride, I deem it necessary that they follow the schedule.nWhen you request for the situation to escalate to a supervisor, no supervisor calls back. The complaint forms go unanswered as well.nI am going to go to Monroe City Council and to the Mayor next. In the mean time I will be looking for another job within walking distance of home, since the buses seem to always on their own schedule.

The whole system needs some fine tuning..it seems they've forgotten the whole reason for public transportation..the public...

I like the organization cause the buses help me get to most of my major destinations such as plasma, school and at times closer to work
