Got a gift card for this place. Finally got around to using it and booked an appointment for a Tuesday. Was told the policy, that if there was a cancellation, no show, etc, that I would be charged $25. OK, NBD. Get a call on a Monday asking am I still coming. I told them, I made my appointment for Tuesday. I wouldn’t have made my appointment for Monday because I was working. They insisted I made it for Monday and claimed they sent a text out to me to confirm. When I asked if I responded or “confirmed” said text, they had no answer. They then charged the ENTIRE service to the gift card. When i mentioned that i was told it was a $25 fee, not a full service fee if canceled, they claimed that wasn’t true either. I heard horrible things about earth savers in the past and looks like it’s true. Couldn’t pay me to step foot in this place. Unprofessional, unorganized!!!!!!
I went here for the first time this past Saturday for a Pedicure. I wasn't near as happy with the whole thing as I thought I would be, considering the price. I expected a nice, quiet and relaxing pedicure. It was none of the above. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice and my nails look great, but there was hardly any massage (like the description says on line) and I just couldn't believe how noisy it was. I got to listen to a bunch of women gossip and just a lot of chatting about nothing. I was not impressed. I hope that my visit was an unusual environment, but honestly I doubt it. Not sure if I will return. I only did 3 stars because it looks good.
