Do not get their facial!!! Especially if you have sensitive skin...nnLet me preface by saying my only reason for writing this review is so no one goes through what I went though... I REALLY wanted to like le visage, and had they treated me and my skin right I would be a regular customer as I just moved in close by.nnI have received regular facials for a couple years now, and I always leave with glowing, smooth skin feeling confident and ready to take on the world. My experience was the opposite at Le Visage. I now will have scarring from where she unnecessarily squeezed every pore of my face!nnTo start - the ambiance was not great. She was shining the light in my face for a good 45 minutes with no eye cover- to the point of where I started to get a headache and requested an eye cover and she handed me a single tissue.nnShe squeezed and pinched dry skin and picked at every pore! And rubbed my skin with a harsh exfoliant as if scrubbing a bathroom floor. I actually considered running out during the facial, but really was trying to trust she must know what she's doing.nnWhen I got home, I wanted to cry looking at my face and saw that I had 2 bleeding pores amongst many other marked pores from the squeezing. I called to let them know, and the receptionist was very nice and said she would talk to the manager and get back to me. But the manager or owner didn't get back to me- the woman Sonya who gave me the facial called hours later saying it was brought to her attention and can i come tomorrow so she can fix it...nnI called the next morning and spoke to manager and said I didn't want to come back and have the same person touch my face... the manager then said oh it wouldn't be *leaving names out* her doing it, it would be the owner looking at my skin and we could go from there. I thought on this for a little while, but decided fool me once shame on you- but fool me twice...no, no one at le visage is going to touch my precious skin!! That now feels rough like sandpaper around my chin !!:(nnAnother huge disappointment is that the owner never took it upon themselves to call me personally to apologize or offer any money back. 130$ down the drain just to get facial scarring and rough skin. My facials in the Bay Area of California (the most expensive part in the country) were much cheaper and left me glowing!!

Lovely atmosphere and quality services. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. I love Sonya's pedicures!

These ladies offer excellent customer service and I appreciate how they are able to work appointments in with my busy schedule. I have become a spa regular because of how wonderful this place is!

Thought I had facials before, but this one made the others look pitiful!! Totally addicted!
