I recently purchased an Kitchen Appliance Package and PAID to have the ENTIRE package delivered with the help of a sales associate which included a Refrigerator, Stove, and MICROWAVE. They delivered the appliances, which was about 4 days later, but they only delivered the Stove and Refrigerator. I contacted the sales office who referred me to the warehouse manager who informed me that they didn't have the microwave in stock and the my sales rep should have checked with him prior to assisting me with my purchase. So since they didn't have everything they just delivered what they without taking a quick minute to pick up the phone to notify me in advance. The Warehouse Manager said the following week the microwave would be in. When the microwave arrived they never called to tell me so I had to call myself to find out and when I did I was told that it wouldn't be delivered and that even though I paid to have the entire package delivered I have to pick it up myself!nnHad the communication been better I could have chosen to have everything delivered once the microwave arrived. But since since they dropped the communication ball I have to do what I already paid to have done which is pick up the microwave. The sales Rep and Warehouse Manager didn't express much of a desire to accept responsibility and do what comes along with that which is make things right with me, The Customer, by doing what I paid them to do and deliver my Microwave to the house.nnIf Customer Service, Professionalism, and Good Communication are important to you Steer Clear of Bon Marche!!nLowes or Home Depot may be your better bet!

Bon Marche: a timeline of atrocity in customer service.nnstarting in October 2020 we purchased a BRAND NEW dishwasher from these guys. paid extra for install, delivery, and an extended service plan.nntwo weeks after purchase the delivery shows up, and the tech that came to install refuses to pull our old machine out before deciding he cannot do the install and tells us we would have to get someone else to install it. we complain because we've paid for this, and get our money back.nnfast forward: we have the machine professionally installed by a plumber, and we get an i30 error on the machine: more on this later. for now, the machine does not work. we call bon marche. they say it's because the machine is not properly installed.nnwe call the plumber back, they get the machine reinstalled. the machine works for two weeks, then i30. the maintenance tech comes back out in two more weeks, and they again say it's an install issue.nnwe once again get the plumber to professionally reinstall the machine. we get them to certify that the machine is properly installed. we get another i30 error.nna quick look on forums around the web? this i30 error is pretty common, however bon marche refuses to put the blame on the machine, even though it's clearly a lemon. they've refused to give us our money back for the machine, they've refused to service the machine, and they've generally been the most high and mighty, less than savvy merchant we've EVER dealt with. especially after spending EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS in their store.nnwe've since gotten back all of our money except for the machine, if the company decides they want to make it right and give us our money back on this lemon of a machine i'll consider changing my review score. considering how events have unfolded though and we're almost at FOUR MONTHS of owning this machine with only about two weeks at most of consistent operation, i'm not holding my breath that they'll even attempt at making it right, and all we really want from them at this point is our money back, they can have this pile of junk they sold us.nnstay far far FAR away from this company, they WILL NOT support your purchase. they WILL NOT even LOOK at the machine and tell you it's not properly installed. they WILL NOT hold you to a higher standard if you purchase THEIR IN HOUSE EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN. they WILL NOT treat you like a valued customer, they'll take the quick buck and toss you to the curb. they are not a nice company, they are not worth the time or your hard earned money. at all.nnI would absolutely rate this company with NEGATIVE or ZERO stars if I absolutely could. that's how pathetic we've been treated.

If you go to buy there make absolutely sure of what you are getting. My mother in law bought a freezer there. The freezer was not on the floor for her to look at and the salesman wouldn't show it too her. He made out like it was much larger than what was on the floor(which is what she needed). They dilevered the freezer 2 hours after they said they would. They left the gate open and let her dog out to run the neighborhood. She loaded some food in and realised it wasn't big enough. She called to see if she return it for a larger one they told her since it had food in it (it had been in her house many 2 hours) it was used and they wouldn't take it back. Now the lady is 80 years old on limited income and in bad health and she is stuck with a nearly $900 freezer that is not what she needs. My wife found a stove she likes and has not been able to find elsewhere. I be Damned if I go back there to buy from them.
