I am always greeted with a smile..... My Sales Person is knowledgeable with full line of products including expertise in design. Queen is always available for my questions/concerns regarding inventory and delivery. The Appliance Department is also spot on. The Delivery team are professional, very warm and kind. Shopping local so comfortably is always: Gotta Go 2 Comeaux

Started great with being greeted at the door. Found a washer, couch, TV stand, and other furniture I was going to buy. Then got ignored by staff members. Well except for the one member who told us “goodbye ladies” after she eves dropped on the conversation of me going elsewhere, because we were disregarded as customers. Shame because that could have been a decent sale for someone.

I ordered a wall oven from them almost 3/4 months ago was promised that it would come in the first week of February, we are now almost in April and they are telling me that the oven MIGHT come in the end of next month. Absolutely ridiculous do not order anything from here horrible service. I have been trying to get in contact with the worker that placed the order for me as well and he deliberately does not answer my calls so I have to call the store directly and ask for him. Will not purchase from here ever again.

Made a purchase was told we would have our dining set in two weeks and when we had to call to check the sales rep Brenda was rude and argumentative the whole two months in dealing for our sofa and dining set. Then when spoke to her again in September explaining the urgency in need for my table she blew me off when I told her I had deaths in my family and needing my table for family coming in town . We had to purchase another table while waiting on the set we bought two months prior and was in stock .

Comeaux Furniture and Appliance are so fantastic! I purchased four major appliances and had just moved here so trusting Comeaux was very important to me. Pamela in appliances is top notch. She took great care of me, she knew really well the appliances I was purchasing and let me know differences in costs and features. I had an urgency at delivery and they were accommodating. Delivery people were kind and considerate and Greg the installer did a great job. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Comeaux, you’re the best!
