What can I say I'm a Hilton honors girl and I love to stay at Hilton's but home with it in the Hilton portfolio. The front desk clerk was extremely kind and professional even though we were checking in at 3:00 a.m. I wasn't aware of their service animal policy and we were charged $75 that mysteriously showed up on our bill however a phone call back to the hotel took care of that with fabulous quick service. You just can't go wrong with Hilton for excellent customer service and I've never run into a completely run-down and unclean Hilton. Especially during covet they seem to make every attempt to ensure everything is clean and sanitized My travel during covet has been impressive with Hilton.
Decent property, but when we checked in on Christmas Eve they didn't tell us that they were having water problems. Got to find out on Christmas morning with a cold shower though! The hotel could have been much better at being proactive with information.
Great place to stay. Good people good environment... Definitely will recommend people and would stay again.

The suite I stayed in was a nice and clean, customer service was excellent, a bit pricey but 100% better than the Ramada.
