We contacted them VERY short notice after we realized it was going to take us forever to unload our uhaul. I got an immediate response and they had movers out to us within an hour and a half (even though I contacted them 2 hours before they closed for the night)nnKevin and his partner showed up ten minutes early and got everything unloaded in less than an hour. Great service! We will absolutely keep them in mind the next time we need movers.

This company not only didn't show up, they also didnt answer the phone on our moving day! One of the worst experiences with any company we ever had We booked monster movers a week in advance. On the expected day they simply did not show up. We called them, and after ten times they picked up and said to look into it with the dispatcher. After that, they stopped picking up the phone and left us with all our stuff outside waiting to be picked up.... Luckily Bunker Hill Movers, a different company was available the same day to help us out.

Moved long distance mid-pandemic - the crew utilized masks, booties and sanitizer in all stages of the move. The furniture was wrapped professionally; despite this we still ended with a scratch which we were compensated for.

I hired Monster Movers because many other movers in the area were either rude or did not pick up the phone when I called. Their office was nice and professional and the movers did a good job. I will hire them again

We had an amazing experience moving with Monster Movers from Quincy to D.C. The movers were very professional and arrived on time and ready to start. We had to make an extra stop in Philadelphia before offloading in D.C and Monster Movers was happy to accommodate our needs. The person we spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable about moving and took away a lot of the stress that comes with moving. As for our furniture, it was handled with care. Each piece was padded and bubble wrapped to ensure its safety on the drive down. Overall we were very pleased with the service and recommend this company to people who are looking for movers in the area.
