Brandon got in touch with me immediately and set up a showroom appointment for the next day.nnTesting the chairs was a great experience and Brandon made several expert recommendations that were suited towards my height and sitting habits. I recently needed to purchase a chair for my home office. I contacted Contract Furnishing during lunch time and left a message. Kathy called me right back and invited me to come in. I was blown away at her professionalism and for the accommodation she allowed, which afforded me the time to choose the right chair. Kathy is knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient she even loaded the chair in my truck. I recently had back surgery, so she refused to allow my ego to get in the way of her loading it for me.
