I scheduled a local move out of a small 1 bedroom apartment with this company. My boyfriend and I prepacked and this should have been a breeze for professional movers. The window given to use for the mover's arrival was between 1 and 3 PM on a Friday - pretty standard. At 3:10, they still had not shown up. I called the number on the website and that I'd called previously to confirm the move. I didn't get an answer but did get a text message. Through text message, whomever I was texting with informed me it seemed as though the movers showed up an hour early, did not contact me, went back to the shop, parked the truck, and went home. There was no notice at all, at any point. After trying to call the person whom I was speaking with several times, I resorted to sending text message and did not get any response. They NEVER contacted me again, never showed up. I could not believe how absurd this was. DO NOT USE this company. I have yet to be contacted by the company; it's been nearly a week. My boyfriend and I had packed our entire apartment ourselves prior to the move. We had to unpack our mattress and sleep on the floor for the weekend, until a much superior, more professional company could come. Flash Moving Company really saved us, and I recommend them over this company.

I set up a time to have a jukebox relocated in the same town. I was told 3 people for a flat rate no less than 3 hours. 2 people eventually showed up after what I can only assume was the driver tried to call and rearrange a new time to come the following morning. We told them that we could not wait for the following morning. They showed up at at the end of the window we were given originally. Tried briefly to move it with 2 people and said they needed more people and would come back. Both my husband ands I have tried calling to no avail. They will not return phone calls or texts.

Excellent Service! I won't lie I was scared because I booked them before reading the reviews. Then when I did I had already given my deposit so I crossed my fingers but they were great. The movers came in the truck on the picture and had the wrap and boxes for the floors. Overall I was impressed and will recommend their services.

Monster Movers was hired for a long distance move of ours from Boston to Orlando. The movers were great throughout the entire move and the office was very responsive to our requests.

It’s been a month and despite calling the police and the owner assuring them she’s mail my son a check for work - nothing. She screwed a 19 year old college student and since leaving this review I’ve had emails from others who weren’t paid or customers who’s belongings were broken or stolen. She hires people without meeting them on Craigslist and sends them into your home. Buyer beware. Filing with attorney general and filing case in court for triple damages!
