I ordered 24 cases of flooring. I received an email that me order was confirmed with $149 shipping, asking me to confirm, which I did. Today I received a text with a photo of the shipping label, with my name an an address in ellicott city, MD. I called, and the guy said that's his mistake. If I want it shipped to my house (in Essex, MD) it would cost cost $339 or he would cancel my order. I said that's your mistake. He said it's not, and he would refund the order. I said thanks for wasting my time, and he hung up. I called the office, and they offered to take $30 off the $339

Love the people and the merchandise. THEY DONT WESR MASKS. Be advised. This made me very uncomfortable and was strange considering SOME employees wore masks—but few. Whitfield County leads the state in Covid infection growth. Your loyal customers deserve better.
