Turner's Fine Furniture

Had to purchase two sets of mattresses, and of course Tuner’s Fine Furniture was my first choice! Alison was SO helpful! Took her time to show me many mattresses, and explained the benefits of each. Her sweet personality and professionalism made my visit a complete success! When it comes to quality, Turner’s Fine Furniture is the place to shop! I know I will enjoy my mattresses for years to come!

Very happy with the furniture and the ease of the sales process but communication and information from the sales person has been terrible!nnWe went in to the end of year half off sale and found a bedroom set we wanted on Saturday. I won’t name the sales person but they were helpful and told us they had what we wanted in stock. We live out of town so we had to try and figure out if we wanted to rent a trailer and bring the furniture with us or get it delivered. After talking with the sales person we decided getting it delivered was the best option, even though they weren’t able to give us an exact price for delivery. We understood that they like to wait for multiple deliveries in the same general area to send the furniture and were told that we would be contacted on Monday with an answer for the delivery and price. I never heard from anyone on Monday so I called the sales person. They told me if I didn’t hear from them by the end of that day I would hear from them first thing Tuesday morning-didn’t happen. I called again on Tuesday afternoon and was then told by the sales person she couldn’t get a response from anyone in the warehouse and would call me with information when she got it. On Friday, I still had not heard anything else from her so I called and spoke to a manager. He promptly got with the warehouse manager and gave us some answers but still no idea how long we might have to wait to get our furniture. We have paid in full for our furniture and it’s now been a week and we still don’t know when we will get it or how much they are going to try to charge us for delivery, just a very wide price range. I was happy with the sales process but the communication from the sales person was terrible and I am not happy with them. We would have brought the furniture back with us if they would have just told us it would be at least a week before they even knew when the furniture MIGHT ship.

Alison was so helpful and easy to work with. Made the process effortless and pleasant, couldn’t recommend her more!

Great service and atmosphere makes you feel at home Mrs. Alison Smith was are sales person she had a great attitude and personality we are definitely coming back without a doubt
