After unsuccessfully trying to visit the corporate Verizon store, we were told about the Russell Cellular Verizon store. A completely different experience! Friendly staff, easy to work with, and fast. Hannah was excellent. She didn’t try to sell us a bunch of things—she could tell we knew what we needed and simply assisted us. She also pointed us to saving additional money. We’re very pleased with this location and we’ll be back!

We had a great experience with Verizon on tift Ave. Tifton GA! Every other Verizon I've visited in the past have never interacted with me as friendly and helpful as these guys. I'll definitely continue using this Verizon store.
