I brought my Mom in to get her a new phone and move her [other provider] line to my T-Mobile account. Ash treated us both wonderfully and was exceptionally patient with both of us. Ash and her manager both went above and beyond to facilitate the transaction and made our experience memorable. I would recommend this store to anyone.
Sprint / t-mobile has terrible phone coverage would not recommend and am switching asap.
The customer service was excellent, the agents were very knowledgeable about my product as well solutions to resolve my issues.
The customer service is wonderful at the sprint store. But once we got service plan it was supposed to be only $45 monthly, with 2 phones $90 monthly. We received our first bill it was over $280 a month. We’ve been paying this for 2 years now. Our contract is up and now our phones don’t act right. They glitch, we have difficulty texting and calling. All because they want us to sign on to another contract. Which will NOT HAPPEN. WE WILL BE GOING WITH TOTAL WIRELESS SOON
Terrific staff Saturday morning. The hip young sales associates that waited on me had useful & appropriate suggestions and they had in-depth knowledge of every product in the store. Impressive!
